The location is in a same row of water theme park.
I heard that my friend have lunch here every day and came first time.
Simple and beautiful ! The style is little bit similar to Japanese Deli and Poke bowl. But they have totally originality.
We choose favourite grain, protein, vege and side dishes. Eating good quality food makes our body happy.

オースティンのショップロット、ウォーターテーマパーク並びにあるシンプルなレストラン。友人が毎日ここでランチをとっているとのことで、初めて来ました。
店内に入るとおいしい香り、シンプルで美しいカウンターに、ローカル食材にヒューチャーした素朴なおかずが並びます。
日本の、おかずを選べるデリにも少し似た感じで、料理自体はポケボウルのようなコンセプト。穀物、肉や魚や豆腐、野菜、副菜、ドレッシングを選ぶスタイル。
品数は多くないのですが、身体が喜びそうなものばかり。日本にいるみたい。ナチュラルでヘルシー。すっかり気に入りました。
ここが大好きになる女性は多そうです。
